If you can't find what you're looking for in our collection, then we can offer a design service to suit your needs.

There are two options available:

An Alteration service
Firstly, we can offer an alteration where we can adapt an existing design for you. Perhaps you'd like a change of colour, different type of beads, or just an adjustment to the size or height. Anything that doesn't alter the design significantly would fall into this category.

A Commission service
Secondly, we can offer a bespoke design service based on an idea you may have. For example, you may want to use some pearls you were given and add them to some jewellery, or you have some existing jewellery you'd like to match a tiara with. Anything that is significantly different from a design we already have, or is new would fall into this category.

For both these services we ask for a little help from you. If you can provide some answers to the following questions for us in the enquiry page, it would greatly help us:

1. What colour jewellery/headdress would you like i.e. Silver or gold-plated?
Please note all designs are silver or gold-plated, unless otherwise stated or shown.

2. What colour crystals/pearls would you like? If this is for a 'Commission service', then please state the beads you'd like and we will do our best to accommodate.

3. What colour hair are we working with if you require a headdress (Tiara)? Sometimes colours are better suited to certain hair shades.

4. What hairstyles do you intend to have if you require a headdress?

5. Can you provide any colour swatches to help us match shades?

6. Why not sketch the idea and send it to us?

You may not be able to answer all these questions and that's ok. Perhaps, you aren't a necklace person, but you love large sparkly earrings. This is just the sort of information that can help us make you the perfect accessory. So remember, any information you can provide would be really helpful.
