Placing an order
If you wish to place an order :-
Just add the product you've chosen to your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. At checkout stage you will be taken to PayPal which gives you the option to pay by Credit/Debt card in a totally safe environment. You will then be guided through the payment process.
Or if you prefer you can download our order form in PDF format and pay by cheque.

Special Requests/Express Service
If you have any special requirements such as a change to a design, for example the type of beads or colour, please have a look at our Design Service. This will ensure we can provide you with the service you require and can source materials. Please remember to add the date of your wedding or special occasion, a contact number and email address so that we may contact you as soon as possible. We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours.
Making Payment
We accept both credit/debt card payments via PayPal and Personal Cheques.
Using PayPal
We have opted to use PayPal for our online credit/debt card transactions so that you can be sure that your details are secure.
If you do not already have a PayPal account you can register or simply proceed to checkout and choose the "continue" button - there is no cost to you. If you are already a PayPal member just enter your Email Address and Password. After you have registered once, you are able to make purchases from any PayPal merchant you may wish to do business with in the future. You do not need to register each time.

Paying by Personal Cheque
If you prefer to pay by personal cheque simply download and complete the order form, print and send with a cheque to the address below.

If you are paying by personal cheque please send it registered mail. We can not be held responsible for any cheques that are lost in the post.
Once we have received your cheque it will be banked straight away. Once it has cleared we will post your purchase to you.
Delivery Times
We make every effort to ensure delivery within 21 days - on receipt of payment, but please allow up to 28 days. If you require an urgent service, please use the enquiry form to get in touch stating the date of your wedding or special occasion, contact number and email address and we will endeavour to provide a quick service for you.
Please note, paying by cheque or requesting changes to a design may delay delivery slightly.
Delivery Charges
For orders up to the value of £32:
Standard Delivery - Recorded (signed for) - £4
For orders over the value of £32:
Standard Delivery - Special (signed for) - £7
International

Refunds and Returns
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase, but we do understand that you are buying an item that you have not been able to try on. If you decide that the item is not right for you then you have the option to return it to us and we will refund you.
Please read the following carefully to initiate a return. Any returns must be made within 7 (seven) business days from receipt of shipment and in the original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
The item being returned or exchanged must meet the following criteria:
- Be in original and saleable condition.
- Have attached the original white tag with the Laurel Lime logo.
- The item must be packed in and returned with all of its original packaging including its original shipping box. If you did not keep the original cardboard shipping box you MUST still ship the item back in an equivalent cardboard shipping box. Please re-wrap the item in the tissue paper, place it in the decorative box, and then place that box inside the cardboard shipping box surrounded by bubble wrap.
- All returns must be initiated within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date.
- Pre-approval of returns is required. Please email us immediately if the item isn't right for you. A return authorisation is required.
Laurel Lime has the sole discretion to determine if returned items have been used or if they are in saleable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-saleable condition will be sent back to the customer. Postage, Shipping and Handling charges are not reimbursable.
Please note that we do not refund any postage costs.
